My name is Nabeelah. More than just a virtual PA, I am also a curator of first-class customer service. This means that my services extend far beyond simple call handling and administration. Having lived in multiple international locations throughout my early years, I’ve learned the art of effortless interaction. I began my career working in world-renowned five-star hotels such as The Dorchester Hotel, 45 Park Lane and 51 Buckingham Gate. I served as a personal assistant to every type of guest, from families looking for an experience to distinguished guests, high-profile individuals, royalty and celebrities.
I worked my way up the ranks, starting on the switchboard to the hotel’s spa before moving to front of house as guests relations executive and then as a PA. Regularly recognised for my ability to handle guest complaints with ease and efficiency, it wasn’t long before I was promoted to the role of duty manager. This was a great opportunity that offered experience in delegating tasks and taking responsibility for larger departments. This experience also gave me an insight into background operations, and how they all come together to craft the ultimate experience.
It was during my time in the hospitality industry where I learnt the importance of instantly understanding and catering to the needs of others, going the extra mile to provide a truly memorable service. This means that I don’t need endless instruction – I can hit the ground running and get stuck in, seamlessly taking on your processes as my own.
After many years in the hospitality industry, I branched out to the medical field, where I have since worked as a virtual Medical PA/Practice Manager to many respected doctors, consultants, surgeons, psychiatrists, physiotherapists and aesthetic practitioners.
This sector commands a high level of efficiency, empathy, sensitivity and expertise; all of which I bring to any task in which I set my hands to.
Working in such high-pressure environments has allowed me to hone my skills as a PA, while gaining a thorough understanding of a target market that demands quality and luxury at every turn. I am highly analytical with unwavering attention to detail; I operate as an extension of you to boost your productivity and presence within the medical field.
Working for other companies who provide virtual medical PAs, led me to realise the one thing they all lack: a high level of customer and patient care that doesn’t stop the moment you put down the phone. Having lived and breathed high-end hospitality, I know what it means to provide a five-star service.
