The first few weeks are the most vital; this starts with an efficient handover to ensure the transition is seamless for you and your patients. You will be provided with a questionnaire to complete, which will help to ensure that we have crossed our t's and dotted our i's.

Hours/Fees

A retainer package is designed for those who require ongoing support and it allows me as your PA, to live and breath Miidus’ mission and values. With a retainer package, your hours are guaranteed per month, allowing you to plan ahead and rest knowing that help is at hand for any task big or small.

• 20 hours minimum per month.
• In the event that hours need to be increased, this will be discussed and charged at the hourly rate.
• Time tracking is used to ensure the hours are fair and a reflective of the scope of work.
• There are no hidden fees or sudden surprises; you simply pay for the hours that you require per month with no tax, holiday/sick pay, overheads, company or agency fees.
• The invoice is provided on the last working day of each calendar month and payment is to be made at the time.
• There are a pool of PA's that are on hand to assist, should there be annual leave and/or emergencies.
• Services are tailored around your needs and weekly check-ins are incorporated at no additional cost.

Mission

My mission is to reinvent customer service amongst virtual medical PAs, which extends past the outlined administrative duties. Other agencies, companies and PAs may charge a premium rate on top of the hourly rate if support is needed outside of typical business hours, when those unexpected situations arise, and you need that helping hand; Miidus breaks this mould in order to bring back the true meaning of a personal assistant. Having a virtual PA shouldn’t infringe on what it means to have a private PA. I go above and beyond for you and your patients and this I believe, is the Miidus touch.
